PARTIAL IMPLANTS-DROP? Help :(

I am 5 weeks post op after having 450cc partials

My right boob, underneath is a lot fuller than the other, where the crease of the incision is, to a point where it folds over slightly, my nipples are both in exactly the same place, so I don’t think it is bottoming out, I’m just concerned about how much it has dropped underneath compared to the other. My other boob is still higher than the other, I’m a little worried!

Do partials drop the same? Could it be that?
