Partials and size

Hi I have a feeling this topic might be on the forum somewhere but I can’t find it

Does anyone know if you lose any of the size when you have partials.? I read that with unders you lose 25-50cc and just wondered if this is the same with partials as I think this will help me make my final decision on size
