Hi vicsta, what is the difference in them ones? I didn’t get offered different ones and have the CUI one’s in. I wish i’d seen or been given the option. Having said that, I am happy with my BA with the 340cc one’s I had put in x

hey hun do you mean the inspira implants? I paid £400 more for them and it was deffinatly worth it they are so much better than CUI I had CUI’s for my first ba dna imspira for my 2nd..i’d deff recommend spending the extra :) x

hi hunn, the inspira soft touch (extra £461) and the responsives (extra £308) come with a lifetime guarantee, if something goes wrong the company provide you with free replacements and also pay like £700 towards your surgeon fees. they feel more natural and there is less chance of CC and also rupture as they have a thicker shell as oppose to the CUI ones. the responsives are actually softer than the soft touch as the gel in them is less cohesive although it still retains its shape in general and if cut etc. i’m getting the responsives, i’ve seen great results with both these and the soft touch i think they tend to look better and the extras are worth paying more for i think :) xx

I didnt get offered any different implants for my uplift so presume i’ll be getting the CUI ones from Dr Kazzazi???

I’ve paid in full and less than 3wks to my surgery, do you think there is anyway i can get the responsives or does Dr K only do CUI’s?

    I’m having 380cc med/low profiles.

hi sam, i dont really know why but it seems they dont really mention the inspira range unless you specifically ask, strange..all the surgeons can use the implants so you’ll be fine, just ring your PC and ask to change to the inspira range, theyll ask you to pay the difference and thats about it i think. your paying good money for this operation so if you want, you make sure you GET :) xx

I phoned my pc today and she said Dr K only does the standard implants, he wont use the inspira ones. x

i find that really hard to believe as an implants an implant at the end of the day, what they do with it is exactly the same its just the properties within the implant that differ..how strange..i think they might be fobbing you off hunn :( xx

yeah im in agreement i think they must be flobbing you off.

I just so happened to ask my PC if there was only one type , she said oh no there is these (£461 ) more ones and told me less prone to cc.

They dont mention them as she said people think hard sell, less prone to booking, and most people cant afford the extra and there is nothing wrong with the CUI.

That said i did think at the time, if there better im having them even if 1% less likely to CC. That stuck in my head that bit about CC.

I phoned and said is there a choice of implants, i’ve heard about the inspira responsive ones and my pc said each surgeon is different (like some dont like the anatomical shape) etc and Mr Kazzazi wont use the inspira ones only the standard ones which are excellent, very high quality and top of the line.

Its annoying cos i can afford the extra as i’m paying out of inheritance money and my op has already increased due to having an uplift so i’d have thought with me asking about the inspira she’d have jumped at the chance to sell me them if Dr K used them.

The inspira ones are FDA approved which is apparently v hard to come by, the CUI’s are not so are not allowed to be used in the USA but are approved and used in UK.

Just to clarify, the Natrelle Inspira range of implants are FDA approved, however you must bear in mind that this is an American certification and the CUI range of implants were never put forward for the testing. Both the CUI and Natrelle ranges are made using the same process and undergo over 140 quality assurance tests. The CUI implants carry the highest European safety certification which is what we look for in the UK. If you have any further questions please let us know.

We just want to know if it’s worth paying extra to have the natural range or just sticking with the standard cui?

Has anybody had the Responsives (£308) in a implant bigger than 525? I’m considering going for a larger implant as I really don’t want to be dissatisfied with the result and in my eyes you can’t get ‘too big’ within reason obviously. When I asked my pc how much it would be to go bigger she said £461 but that’s for the soft touch. I’m quite happy with cui’s it’s just they don’t go larger than a 525 so I don’t want to be paying more than I need to?

    Any help appreciated x
