I have seen that a lot of people have been writing about complaints of PC and customer service.
I agree that my PC wasn’t very active in my journey through MYA.
Every time I would text or call her I didn’t get a response. I hadn’t been told anything about my OP day, wha to expect and prepare for.
When I called the clinic two days before my op day I was so grateful that another PC, Michelle answered the phone, she spent around 30 minutes of her time talking me through every little detail from what to take with you to where to park and costs.
Without Michelle’s help I would have felt completely helpless and worried on my op day!
I am really disappointed with the service from my own PC. She only text me 4 days post op to check I was resting and re sent me the clinic number..
I am hoping things will be different when I return for my one week PO.
Other than that , so far my mya. Experience has been very good!
I always read bad stories about PCs but I can’t fault mine! Krystina at the bristol clinic has been fab ! X
Yeah! I’ve seen many opinions on here, I only really saw or heard of mine on my very first appointment! :/

I agree……mine hasn’t been helpful tbh and only thanks to other one Rachel I’m still having my surgery on the 9th otherwise my space would of been gone….now I have no admission time, asked for different size implant, wanted to speak to the surgeon about my lump in my left breast…..no response whatsoever…..not what I expected at all 🙁
Your surgery and everything will go smoothly don’t worry about that!
I also ordered two different sizes for my surgery and was misunderstood when they said I could leave it right up until my op day to choose which to go for..
On the op day I wasn’t actually able to see the implants again and try them in size like I was told I had to just make the decision there and then when I hadn’t even seen them in two months, so could hardly remember
I am pleased I went with my instincts though

The last time I heard from my PC was when I paid. I haven’t heard anything since. The nurses at MYA were fantastic, and I received a call from a nurse PO to check on me. However I expected so much more from my PC and really could of used a lot more help. Especially as at my initial consultation my PC explained she would be there for me throughout the whole process to help and answer any questions. I didn’t get replys to my emails and didn’t feel supported throughout the experience. My PC would be the only part of the MYA process I have to complain about. A different PC even called to give me my admission time, not my PC. I was based at Fitzroy and here quite a few similar stories regarding their PC’S Xx
Well thank to @MYAmoderator all got sorted…got my admission time is 7am ….now I can relax, wait for my boobies and enjoy the rest of this journey. Best of luck to all of us in here ladies. xxx
Aww that’s such a shame 🙁 I have Krystina at Bristol aswell Leona! I have found her amazing from the start. So bubbly, easy to talk to and have a laugh with. She has always got back to me, wished me luck before my op and gave me my admission time like 4 days before. Then I also had a call from the clinic giving me the admission time 2 days before but she had beat them to it lol. I’ve had texts, emails and phonecalls throughout the whole process so far and I’m 23 days PO now. This is from both the clinic, the nurse and Krystina. If only everyone had the same experience, its annoying that some people give MYA a bad name xxx
