pee'd off, again!

well, travelled to manchester for my six week check, and guess what girls…. WASTED time yet again! very very annoyed! third time this has happened, and yet again, within an hour of my app, when it takes well over an hour to travel! all i get is ‘im truly sorry’ well thats not flaming good enough! so angry and upset!

wasnt coming on here as often, but girls planning app’s need to know, they DONT happen, so dont make plans for them to go ahead! xx

O no that’s awful. I not rubbing it in but I have never had a problem at Birmingham so maybe it is just Manchester. It isn’t acceptable either way. I hope they are going to pay for your travel expenses

its newcastle as well, iv had to travel to manchester to get my app, because newcastle couldnt offer me one for weeks!

they are now saying i should travel to preston from manchester, but pay myself and reimburse me, but that means i’ll be stuck in preston all night, as i travelled on the train with my fella, and there isnt one back to carlisle after the time id finally arrive in preston where i need to be, the company is a JOKE! £4k for a load of hassle! xx

I would be well peed off too, if they can rush you in to get the surgery than they should make sure your seen after to check how you are. What are the excuses, and does it have to be the actual surgeon who did the ba that checks you?

I’m annoyed, as me and my partner own our businesses, so days off is a huge loss for us both, and could cause a huge back lash if it had been over an hour I wouldn’t be so fused, as I could have gone to Preston easily, but instead, I now have to stop in Manchester, because they prioritised a potential new client over someone that’s paid a fortune and been left in the s** t

I’m more worried about the aspect something could be wrong, but that something could have been dealt with in the first instance. I’m not saying this is the case, but I’m not a qualified medical professional, so how am I to really know?! Iv paid for an aftercare service I haven’t received xx

that is wrong on so many levels but is typical of some businesse’s, once they’ve got your cash they dont wann know. disgraceful and hope you get seen soon.

Aww, joannabella. I genuinely thought they’d have rolled out the red carpet for you knowing what crap you’ve already put up with. Looks like you’ve experienced the same crap a lot of other Manchester clients have n still do. Manchester is crap. The need to pull their heads out of their hmmmm n do something about it. If I had the ability to see the future when booking I think I would have give manny a miss n traveled to Leeds. X

Thanks hun, I’m so pissed off with them, and now can’t have an app for over three weeks, unless I travel to birmingham or Leeds, but I can’t afford to after yesterday, and I’m not even offered compensation for the money iv wasted! Almost £4k on a boon job, over £250 spent getting to manchester yesterday, and two whole days I haven’t worked and list money myself and my companies! This company is a joke! Xx

I’d want full reimbursement and compo for the agro you have had to go through xxx that’s terrible once maybe but 3 times!!!
