Im getting a little fed up of people telling me not to go ahead with the BA & think about it more first. Ive thought about nothing but this for the last few years…..
Its beginning to upset me now as my mums just said to me that she cant believe Im going through with it – she was really supportive before but now shes getting cold feet about the whole thing
I have same problem! “u don’t need it” “stop being silly” that’s all I get! Brrr….I still haven’t told my dad cos I don’t want to hear what he has to say! I really need someone to talk to but no one being supportive!
my parents are the same but i supose its jus a natural reaction cuz they dont want anything happening to their child n surgery shouldnt be taken lightly but as soon as they see ure confidence grown in ureself and how much happier u are after the operation im sure the support will be there!! Dnt stress too much
Hey Girls!
Everyone has their own opinions/views on things, and we cant change that! My parents tell me the same, but at the end of the day, its OUR choice!!
If you feel thats what you want, then go for it!! They’ll soon come around (as they’ll have no choice!!). Its a good thing that you have this forum, so others can give a little help!
xx
I have children too & my family offered to help with the kids but now it seems everything is ‘I dont know if I will be able to’ or ‘I’ll have to let u know’.
Im struggling getting someone to come with me on the day now – I dont mind going alone but its getting home?!
Hmmm, that is abit tricky if you were relying on them to help out with the kids.
Have you got any close friends or auntie/cousin etc who may be able to help?
Ahh, thats a shame. would be nice if you had some company? And u’ll defo need someone to drive u home!
xx
Its your choice,if you can improve ur confidents, and Make urself happy why not?
Now my mum has just decided she isnt happy being a guarantor so looks like I cant have it done after all that
Oh no!! really? Why has she changed her mind? Could u sit down together and discuss it? Maybe help her understand why u want this done so much?
xx
Shes concerned in case I cant pay it back/lose my job etc.
Im gutted…cant stop crying now….everything was going well for me & now its all being taken away.
Aww thats cruel pullin out on you! i hope it works out for u Dont give up cry,beg and plead if not try tesco loans!x
Tried everything going. Every single loan company & the one which will accept me is 48% APR!
try tescoe card! I did it online no probs xx
I wont be accepted for any type of finance.
Dream is over
My credits crap! ive applyed with tesco today,if i get accepted, anybody will!x dont give up!
They have to be related to you – or so everyone Ive spoken to from companies have said x
Yeh, i was just about to put that! They must be immediate family i think!
Thing is, if you keep applying to all finance companies/ loans etc.. it will just make your credit report worse. Its a bummer, but true. Maybe don’t ask anyone for a loan for a while, and your report can build up again? Just an idea!
xx
or as rubbish as it sounds try just saving up the money in an ISA account with good interest. i know its a rubbish option for you
i understand so much how you want it now, but im coming to realise how hard it is to get finance or a loan aswell honey i felt so let down by it all too!
let me know how tesco loans go @hush as i may give them a go if all else fails! dont apply for too much credit like @pinkbutterfly said, it WILL worsen your credit rating even further. your best bet is to wait, pick the most likely to accept you, if it doesnt go through then wait 3-6 months for your credit to rise and try again.
you can also improve your credit by getting a credit card designed to improve bad credit. purchase small items on it, like a tshirt or some food shopping and pay the full amount back every month. doing this will prove to other lenders you can handle credit and your rating will improve drastically.
just some advice ive picked up from looking into all this. hope it helps some what.
xxxxx
Yes, i agree with everything jessicamessenger says hun! Its so hard i know, because i want it now too! But at least if you hold back for a while u could save some too.
You can also get a pre-paid credit card- basically you put £200-300 on it, and use it to buy something- and pay it off each month! Just top up as you need to. That could boost your credit rating too!
Have you looked at your credit report? Might be worth signing up to experian/credit expert and having a look at whats affecting it?? I have that, and i can order my credit score whenever! (Although they say check your score every 3 months incase its changed).
HTH abit.
