    What were yours?

Been reading quite a few negative experiences lately & would like to know what your ba was like for you.

Its probably quite worrying for people pre ba reading all the negative comments so jus wanted to point out everyones expectations, perceptions & experiences are different. 2 people can have the same experience, but come away from it believing i2 different things. Peoples expectations are different. One mans rubbish is another mans gold and all that.

    Opinions please x

hey hunni due to being so flat I was worried that I would have the posh spice look! However my surgeon’s done an amazing job so natural yet the element of fake if I want- keeps people guessing whether they are fake or real which I like.

I did however think that 380 would be bigger, so a little gutted at the size, but from what I had they are quite a change!

I cannot fault MYA my surgeon at all they have both been amazing also the Newcastle staff clinic are fab!!

my experience from start to finish has been amazing! I know someone who is having a re op through mya with no trouble at al and that is because she followed the surgeons instructions and went with what HE recommended.

I wasn’t so much worried about size but rather the shape and definition of my boobs,i hated the fact that they were loose, flat and would flop out of my bra at night. I told my surgeon my issues and he chose implant size/shape/profile/overs based on what he thought would fix the problem.

Pre op was fantastic, pc was a star, hospital lovely and clean and the operation went without a hitch. Boobs healed perfectly and I have two nice neat scars.

Post op – failure to reply to emails, long wait to see surgeon, unhappy with boobs as they are not even within 50% of what I was told would be achieved (NOT because of the surgeon, just one of those things), complaints system is too long and time consuming.

My overall experience with mya was great and if I hadn’t of had the problems I do I would mark this as fantastic, I just seem to be an unlucky bugger!

I was flat & knew i would have a ba from 14 years old. Finally had it 2009 with company called rubicon medical as i liked the surgeons work. It was between his & mr singh, mr singh offered me 300cc hp 1st time round & they scared the life out of me, i was worried about people knowing id had them done & them looking ridiculous & ‘stuck on’

The company i went with were rubbish, told me i was having pips, no chance, so had to postpone my op while they waited for the mentor implants i wanted came. I went back to see them 1 week PO & never again…. Theyve now gone bust.

My right boobs pocket is too large for the implant so my boobs look different, one nipples higher than the other, the left is pert, ‘stuck on’ & size aside, perfect. The right hangs lower & u can move the implant around slightly.

Anyway, 2 years later, my boobs are too small. They were measured at dd’s a couple of months post op (250cc) i now wear c cups.

Im going to have a re op with mr singh in a few months & take the biggest implants he’ll offer (lol) i dare say if i would have gone with him (&mya) 1st time round i may not be considering another op. The deciding factor if im completely honest was price, and with the extra 500 i paid for mentor implants, i ended up paying MORE with the rubbish company.

So i guess i perceived SOME boob would be satisfactory, it wasnt. I thought the cheaper the better, it wasnt. I thought i would be happy forever, i wasnt lol.

One good thing ive taken away is knowledge & experience. Plus, the pain will be less as my skin will have stretched already (i had practically no pain with 1st ba)

Overall, i wouldnt change my experience, someone else may want to if it were them though x

My boobs went very saggy from breastfeeding and when i got to 40 i hink i had my mid life crisis and wanted my boobs done.

    I had 420ccTRX from an empty 34b to a 34FF.

My PC and surgeon have been BRILL to say the least.

    My surgery went really well.

    No post op problems.

    Six week check all ok.

    12 week check all ok.

Thinking of a re aug for my 50th – 600cc here i come lol xx

Do love my boobs and love my surgeon x

I had a BA 2 years ago, through another company,I was a flat empty 34a/b,I was 51 at the time and sick of wearing chicken fillets to make my body look in proportion,I had an embarrassing encounter in my garden when one dropped out, whilst I was chatting to a neighbour, that did it for me,I had wanted boobs for years, researched for years too,the embarrassing situation gave me the push to make the call,I am 100% happy with the surgeon, and the size he gave me,although I was very surprised when he advised an uplift,I took his advise,no problems healing, the scars are minimal,so a very good experience,to be honest the best thing I ever did in my life,I started to have problems 6 months ago,I was diagnosed with cc,I am awaiting a re-op,the surgeon no longer works for the company I used yet they have agreed to let him do the re-op and they will cover the cost, they did offer another surgeon, but I am prepared to wait for my surgeon as It is purely cosmetic,my health is not at risk, awaiting a date from him,so hopefully I will be putting my name on the boobie buddies list soon.I have recently undergone open septorhinoplasy with MYA,I can only sing their praises, they have been outstanding from first contact,so pleased with my results.xxx

I brought in pictures to show my surgeon so there would be no mis-understanding re the size, shape I wanted to achieve.

I am utterly disppointed in my results, they are slightly fuller than before and that is it. I have no upper pole fullness at all and they look slightly saggy!! It’s as though all my implant is sitting at the bottom of my boob :-(

MYA mod comes on and says “they have spoken to me about this on numerous occasions” – I have been spoken to yes but nothing ever happens!! I am saving up for a re-op but this is going to take me 3 years :-( So depressed about my boobs!

Sorry to put on this dampner but obviously there are lots of girls who are happy too x

P.s. WILL NOT be going through MYA for my re-op, would never use them for anything else!
