Hey girls i went to see the nurse last night for my pre op, she said no strenuous exercise or sex for 6 weeks, i was ok with that but went home and told my boyfriend and he’s gutted!! lol… Did you girls wait 6 weeks?? xx

I waited 9 days. As long as ur not being thrown about and juggling your boobs about slot ul be fine lol
