Not a PT, but I work as a Sports Rehabilitator – still pre op – but i’m taking 3 weeks off eork to try & allow myself to get as much good recovery as possible before i go back to treating people, demo-ing exercises & teaching pilates. Not sure it’ll be long enough for some of it but no other choice x

I know. Thankfully the harder part of my job physically is in it’s off season so don’t have to go back to that til 2months after. When are you having yours done? I’d have taken longer but can’t afford to with being self enployed x

I’m may as well! 11th at preston. At the moment having 300cc partials – seeing my surgeon in a few weeks to make sure i’m not going too big – even the thought of bot being able to train’s doing my head in a little bit but I know it’s only short term. You too hun! Haven’t told work so hoping i’ll be ok by the end of 3weeks!x

I am nearly a fully qualified personal trainer and up the gym every day. My surgeon said definetly no weights for 6 weeks but possibly light Cardio after around 3 weeks. Don’t start anything to heavy too soon or you could ruin your lovely new breasts.x

Also have to be very careful as going against their advice can invalidate your aftercare.

My surgeon did say that 3weeks off should be fine but i’d have to be VERY careful demonstrating stuff but thankfully that’s usually mainly at the job that i’m off at til july anyway x
