Picking a Uplift surgeon !? Help

Hello im 20 years old and currently a D cup however in need of uplift and implants, what surgeon is best? I want them to be perfect so worried about scaring since im so young so want it to be as neat and tidy as possible. Dont mind where i have to travel

Me Netri 100% I had a full lift with implants, his stitching is so neat! He is also a very nice man answered all my questions, reassured me and wouldn’t do anything he wasn’t happy with (I wanted a larger size implant but he said if I was to go bigger than he had offered he wouldn’t do them as they would sag again within the year!) so happy I took his advice and stuck with him I was a very empty D and now a full F I love them 🙂 he has Instagram, Facebook and his own website if you search Mr Netri cosmetics everything will come up 🙂 xx
