They are like a bit of overs and a bit of unders. 3/4’s of the implant is under the muscle and the last bottom 1/4 is over the muscle. I have accepted your requests x

how was it hun, how painful – they look great by the way. I have been recommended 410cc under xx

415cc was the biggest i could go since i started with next to nothing. I didn’t find it that painful at all, they feel really soft now as well. Thanks, What size are you? xx

I’ve decided on 410s today but I’m a B so a little bigger than you were to start so I’d probably end up slightly bigger than you But can get an idea from your pics X

I wear 30E or 32 DD, Katiej- you will definitely achieve a D with 410cc. And popcicle, i think they are still settling but the left one seems a little mis shapen to me, maybe not in the pics but sometimes if i lean forward looks bit weird and i thought i might have capsular contracture but i have no other symptoms so don’t know! Nightmare! What size are you going for? xx

Well as long as you’re not having any pain, and no i didnt notice it in the pics 😆 Im having either 460’s or 525’s on the 6th April, i asked for DD but i have a lot of loose skin to fill from breast feeding. Not really bothered about what size i actually measure cos i know they will look smaller anyway. (dont really wanna measure above an E though cos of finding bras and that) xx

Yeah, a lot of ladies tend to get caught up on size but i think it is more important how they look as opposed to what they measure. I don’t think i look any bigger than a small D topless, not sure. It depends what back size you are as to how many cup sizes you will go up too but 460 or 525 sound good xx

You will definitely measure more than a DD hun, i know you say you didn’t wanna be bigger than an E because it’s hard to find bras but plenty places do DD plus ranges. I wouldn’t go smaller due to the bra reason and then regret later! What dress size are you? xx

hmason90- to look a full DD, you will need to measure a few cup sizes bigger i would say, 465 will defs make you measure DD or above but maybe ask you surgeon if you will look a full dd or not or see if he can fit any bigger? He should be able to since you are starting with a B cup but also depends on your back size because smaller back sizes for example 28/30/32 take less cc to make a cup size. Hope that makes sense xx

No probs Hun, yours are a good size and I’m bigger than you aswel I weigh 9.7 n im about 5.5 size 10 but I’ve got a jelly belly n love handles from havin my children so I feel theyd even me out abit where you’ve got a flat stomach so they might nit look as big on me! You’ve bin loads of help thanks Hun X

Thanks lynz28, it’s easy to get cleavage with the right bra once the breasts soften, racheleo- they really aren’t huge, i wish they were though lol i have no rippling at all. The first surgeon i saw said biggest i could have was 260cc so i saw a different one who said 415cc was fine. Also it isn’t so much about the dress size, it is more about the amount of breast tissue you have as to what size they say they can fit, although i have minimal breast tissue xx

They look fantastic hun! I wish mine looked like that, still early for me but my left is really getting to me. Sometimes think i should have seen more than one surgeon as i wanted slightly bigger than 380cc but they might be fine once/if they settle lol. xx

Thanks sam, they do change quite a bit once they settle into place and soften, although i had the size up from you there is very little difference between 380 and 415. What were you to start with? How long post op are you? xxx

I was a 34C tho Mr Kazzazi said i only had B tissue, I wanted to go to an E but he said it wasnt possible, 525 high profiles weren’t wide enough and would make me really sag, and the 380 low profiles were right width, so i should be a D+, i’m filling a DD on right but not left, so size will be fine. I had an uplift as well, i’ll be 7wks post op tomorrow. xx

I just had a look at your pics, didn’t realise you had put any up. They look really good, are they really painful with you having an uplift too? Great difference from before and still early days yet, you will be able to fill the same cup size in both breasts soon enough. I wouldn’t worry about them not being big enough, they definitely look big!! xx

No they’ve not really been painful, i was surprised how little pain there was really. I am quite happy with the right one and i think when the left matches it i’ll be a very happy bunny. xx
