Hi there i know it sounds an awful thing to say saggy boobs lol but just wandering if any 1 has some good pics b4 and afters if theres were quite saggy in first place..
Im going for consultation tomo mine saggy now as lost weight so empty skin
Be great help as been worrying about uplifts and dont want 1 xxx

ive had three children and they are all grown up, so i am a mature lady,:shamed:
i dont have any pics but my boobs are brilliant now and i didnt need an uplift , so you might not need one either. Go for it !!!!! xx

Also have 3 grown up children! Had empty 34b boobs from breast feeding them all, but Mr Adamo said i didn’t need an uplift, so had 380cc overs and very happy with them!

Hi Jacqui just wondering what size 380 overs has taken you to, and what size you were before. I’ve been recommended 410cc but he said he would go up to 460cc overs. I’m currently a 34b /36b depending on bra. I’ve got 13 days to go I’m so excited. xx

hi spm04, before my ba i use to wear a 36b, although i was really a 34b – i went into a 36dd sports bra after my ba, and am now in a 34e
I also could have had 410 or 460 but didn’t really want people to notice too much, so glad i went for the 380 in the end

Thanks Jacqui I’m thinking I should maybe go for the 410cc as I really wanted a dd or e but no bigger, however everyone on here seems to think they would love to be bigger. Ah I’m not sure now what to do! lol xx

hi again, there are definately more girls on here that would have rather gone bigger, but to be honest, when i had my first consultation i said i wanted to go to a d and now i’m an e so more than happy. BUT i would say, that implants do not look as big as natural boobs, so when dressed i think i look more of a d cup than an e cup, if that makes sense. What you need to ask yourself is; would i be disappointed if i don’t get to the size i wanted? The differance between 410 and 460 is only 50cc, so only about half a cup size anyway. Good luck with your decision hun. As tink7 says, bigger isn’t always best (although most girls on here would probably say it was!) It is your decision at the end of the day, but take advise from your surgeon as he is the expert x

oh and they were that saggy, it got the point that i would have settled for anything, even a flat chest!! anything but a saggy chest, i hated it so much, even the skin between my boobs had lines in it, but now i have nice natural boobies that are nice and filled up and a smooth chest X

after 4 kids my breast went from an e to a b cup had 410 overs and got my breast back to how they were when i was 18 didn’t need an uplift which was great an less expensive

hey clarex!! thats good not having to have uplift, bet you were buzzing!! cos its costs loads! i nealry fainted when i was told the price!! how old are you if you dont mind me asking??? XXXX
