Thanks girls! Do you think they look bigger? I thought they’d shrunk a bit? I hope they don’t go down much more, happy with the size at the moment (although could have had a bit bigger! ) I’ll get some more pics up soon, taking the steri strips off tonight so will take pics on the scars.

Sure staceylash, i’ll email them to you now! I wanted to be a D/DD which i am at the moment, well in sports bras anyway. DD is a tiny little too big so 380s might have been perfect for me for that little extra boost but i’m happy with the results anyway xx

Thanks hun thats a great help I’m a 34b not really empty but I’m quite flat on top full round the bottom if you know what I mean and I want to look a d/dd so the 380 will prob be ok, I got proper boob greed at first and wanted bigger so asked for 460 but wen I tried them I just knew I was being daft n they’d be huge on me so decided on 410 but now I’m thinking 380 lol it’s just so hard X

they look amazing hun! really natutal – and the size suits ur frame – the shape is perfect, i was worried about being offered overs about them looking fake and seeing the edges of the implant – but urs look lovely. I’m 5ft5, 8.5 stone & dr adamo advised me 310 overs to get a large c cup which i want – but would possibly be a small d…. he said 340’s would be too big and i agreed with him – but must say after seeing urs i’m tempted to go for them!

Staceylash – I think you’ll definately be a DD with 380s, if you’re already a little bigger than me and like i said i’m just a bit too small to fully fit a DD. But if you want a bit more fake look and to be more like an E i reckon you should go for 410s! I don’t think they’ll look silly whatever size you pick, i really think implants have come so far since when they first came out that unless you specifically ask for the fake look, they’ll be natural looking anyway.

Katlouise – thanks! I’m really pleased with the shape and how well they’ve settled already, although i could have had a bit bigger i’m just really happy that they’ve turned out full and round looking although not sure if my nipples seem a bit low down???? I really don’t think 340s will be too big on you, it’s only 30cc more and mine really don’t look big at all with clothes on. It’s my first day back at work and no one has even noticed or asked any questions at all! When i’m naked they look big which i like but with clothes on and normal bra they just look in proportion. You look great Hunn, your nipples aren’t too low at all but they will move up a little as your implants drop over the next few months so worry not! xxx

No i dont think ur nipples seem too far down hun – i’ve heard that they can move up as the boobies drop over time? – either way though they look wicked!

Staceylash, just sent them again, not sure why they didn’t send before?? You’ll defo reach a DD from 380s (i reckon). E sounds big but after wearing a D/DD bra it really isn’t, mine really don’t look big at all with clothes on but then you should only go with what you feel comfortable with!

April i was at Highgate, London and i had Dr Fallahdar. He’s done a really good job and the nurse said that my scars look really neat and small, he’s a micro surgeon so spealises in that although if you want big boobs he’s not the man to see xx

Thanks katlouise! I’ve just sent you the other pics by email. I’m not really that fussed about the nipples, don’t think they look abnormal or anything just thought they looked a little low down! Oooh it is so exciting! i booked mine and had them three weeks later, i’m a bit sad it’s all over now, the looking forward to it and excitement on the morning was the best bit! I know, everyone on here has been so helpful to me too, i wouldn’t have known half the things i do if it hadn’t have been for them! xx

Got them now Hun, I’m slightly bigger than you but the same kinda shape so I think 380 would prob do thi trick lol! Your slimmer than me tho I’m a 10, 5.4 n 9st at the min. They look really good tho defo the right size for you anyway X

I’m a 10 too and a 10/12 on bottom, think i just look slim in those pictures because you can’t see my big bum or chubby arms ha ha. Sara on here has had 380s and hers are great, really nice size xx

I’m not too bad thanks hun although was in a lot of pain last night and today The cuts are healing loads better now and round my nipple the scabs have nearly all gone so i feel happier about them now, they just look pink! I might put some more pics on later…glad you are happy hun xx

You look about an 8 hun, I’m a chubby 10 lol after havin my 2nd child I’m in the process of Lodi g my baby weight so hoping to go back to an 8 soonish X

I’m glad you’re feeling a bit happier with them now jo, you really have got a lovely pair of breasticles just takes time to get used to them I suppose. I still can’t really touch mine which is wierd but I have been poking and proding them the last few days. How long is it until you start being allowed to touch them properly? I’m scared! Xx

Thanks! Yeah i agree now, they defo are getting bigger, when i took my bra off last night i was shocked! Although not sure if it might be swelling as they are feeling a bit bruised today for the first time. Don’t think they would swell up again though after the intial swelling from the op? xx

Im wooried about mine shrinking as they are the size I’d like them to be but I suppose 2 days after they are still swollen? No doubt yours have swollen again hun xx

Thanks girls, it’s so nice to get positive feedback from you all. I was happy with them but you start picking and finding faults but all your comments have reassured me. I thought mine were shrinking as i was in DD bra at first and then a D but the last two days i’m wearing DD again! God knows what’s going on with them! Yeah two days they’re swollen still but not sure how long before the swelling is supposed to have completely gone down?? xx
