pictues please! 34A – 34 E/F

hi im currently 34A and wanting to look a natural 34E. i would love to see some pics of b4 and after op’s. also could u please tell me size of implant and whether they were unders or overs. thank u xx

Hi Hunn, wether the implant is placed under or over depends on your body so only your surgeon can answer that, although unders will probably look more natural seeing as your an A cup right now. I think you’ll need a large implant, 525cc is the highest you can go without paying extra. You should go for a consultation with dr Singh, he’s your best bet for getting big implants. x

See Dr Singh, I am aa and the biggest I can have is 460 over so would think he’d offer you 525 over x

I had 525cc with Mr Falladhar, i think they recommend size depending on your stats and how much breast tissue you have etc, I was a 36b before and am a size 12-14 the 525cc look suprisingly natural even though i’m wearing a 40f sports bra!! My 2 sisters were both an A cup and a size 10 and both had 410cc’s, one with mr singh and one with mr Chanzerack (not sure how to spell that ha ha) they are both now a 32DD. Hope that’s helpful to you hun xxx
