Hi girlie!! Havin a nightmare looking at everyones helpful comments but i for the life of me cannot work out how to use Sofem and wondered if anyone had chance to send me pics via email. my email address is vicky_aston@standardlife.com. I have my op on the 30th July and am currently a size 10 and 5ft 3 and a size 34B. Was looking at size 380s or 410s but want some real examples to look at. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks xxxx

I am size 8 5ft 3 and was a 34b/c, i’m in a 34dd sports bra at the moment, it fits very snug lol!

I’m feeling brilliant, haven’t had any pain at all, just been a little uncomfortable at night and stuff with the sleeping upright but apart from that I feel great!

I had 410cc unders. I was a 34b and I am a size 10 5″2.

I am now an E (look DD in clothes)but perhaps a little swallen still. (had op 22nd June). I was worrying and fretting for over a month on 380 or 410. Im so glad I went with 410. I think the main quesstion is for example u wanted to be DD… if you couldnt get that would u rather be a D or an E. And theres ur answer
