Well I finally done it – had my BA at Manchester Lifestyle yesterday with Mr Aurakzai. I am soooo impressed – had great experience from beginning to end. Cant recommend the guy enough and the staff at the hospital were second to none – everyone was lovely

Back at home resting now but found the time to upload some pics so add me if you would like a look – has 340 partial unders and really pleased!!

Yes it is….just checked my little book I got! I had no idea to be honest until you asked ha ha!! Dont know about low or high….heard girls talking about low or high profiles but the surgeon never mentioned it. I have the top half of the implant under the muscle and the bottom half over the muscle…..cant believe its all done!! xx

Hey there Boobilicious, I just joined and I am having my op with Dr Fallahdah at Highgate on Monday 10/02. I like you have chosen 340 cc and am currently a 32C (small). I have requested you as a friend as I am eager to see yours if that would be okay? I am so nervous, but really excited. I am hoping for a full D/DD cup after surgery too. Do they feel really tight in your chest after the first day, can you explain the sensation? I breast fed my daughter and that was damn painful, but I coped. Hope I can cope with the pain of this op afterwards just as well. Thanks for reading x

I’m having mine on 10/01 at Highgate Hospital. I also want natural look as i’m size 6-8 and don’t want to look out of proportion. I was a size 32C/D pre pregnancy and now my daughter is 17months old and my boobs are a small and flat 32C. Hoping for a 32D/DD with the 340cc dual plane (think it is partly under/over). You nervous hun? I’m more nervous about the recovery eeek!! xx

I’m same as u Hun my boy is 16 months and went to an e when pregnant then back down to a b. I’m more nervous about after to with my little boy Taylor as he’s a mummys boy and will be hard not lifting him. I bet your excited not long and your have new boobs xxx

Yes like you i’m worried about how Amelie will be when she’s see’s me afterwards at nannies house and be saying “up! up! up!” lol. Aww lets hope that Taylor and Amelie are too busy with their toys to notice haha…

What made you decide on 410cc? Did your surgeon recommend? I’m debating going a shade bigger now since reading all these posts. I’d be disappointed if they didn’t look “much” fuller. I don’t want massive like a pornstar, but I want a nice big handful that are going to look as natural as they can do. xx

I think having unders you also loose a cup size in what iv read but I could be so wrong!!! I’m small Hun size 8 so I just hope they look in proportion too lol, omg it’s tomorrow aghhh haha going to buy my bras today as I’m so unorganised haha xxx

I might ask Mr Fallahdah when I go in on Monday his opinion because I also heard that it’s possible you lose a cup size in the unders procedure…

I feel unorganised like you too! What size bra’s will you buy? I am going to take the bra’s I wore during preg as they look like hammocks to me now. Hopefully they won’t be too small, they’re 34D.

I read another post about dry shampoo – never even thought about that! Won’t be able to wash hair all week, did you put it on your list too? Wow not long now for you hun!! Eeeek!! xx

Hahaha I just pulled out the maternity bras lol got a 34d il use that haha, dry shampoo is a def check in ny bag long hair greasy very attractive. Yeah babe ask him see what he thinks. I’m sure ur be fine just think u soon bet your very excited. Does he use drains I don’t no if my surgeon does only thing I’m scared of sad u no xx

Hi girls….Ive accepted you. Rachel, the pain afterwards was very minimal for me – just a tight feeling across your chest. This is now day 3 and Im getting better and better each day. Dry shampoo will be a godsend!! Dunno what I would have done without mine! Ive been really weak every morning and quite sickly when I get up but I think its the antibiotics so just make sure you try and have brekkie in bed cos you fell better after eating. Cant thank my amazing hubby enough – hes been fab!! Hope all goes well xxxx

Hey Telle, just doing my list now before I go into town. I am not looking forward to going into the hospital without a dot of makeup, moisturiser or deodrant on… Maybe i’ll just take makeup off when I arrive. No way i’m gonna travel around London looking like I just got outta bed lol!!

I have no idea if my surgeon uses drains either, but i’m a day case so don’t know if it’d be more hassle? Will let you know though!

Thanks for friend request Boobi, thanks so much for your reply. I remember morning sickness and always felt better for eating before I left the house so i’ll def take your advice. What about the wound itself, is it itchy or really sore, or do you stay of the pain killers? xx

Hey girls aww glad your healing ok boobi bet they look fab, and yes make up lol I will be taken ut off before I have it done god I look ill without it and ESP as I haven’t been able to have a tan the last week makes me more attractive haha notttt!!, just off to get some bits for tomorrow I’m sure il forget something. Can’t believe iv got to be there at 7am!!! The one nite my baby isn’t with me so think il least have half hr in bed turns out to be me gettin up extra early but worth it. Just saw your pics Boobi’ and they look FAB! I need to take some before/after pics myself and ill post later on. I have stretchmarks on mine so i’m really hoping that they don’t show up all red and angry when I have them done all over again.

Know what you mean Telle – I haven’t put tan on all week and I just look WEIRD hahaha. I am gutted that I have to have my acrylic nails soaked off this afternoon when i’m in town, but i’ll be back on later. xx

Rachel, I have no dressings on my scars, just on the holes where the drains were. Theyre a bit itchy and getting more so every day…cant wait to get the dressings off on Thursday!

I actually went down with my makeup on which I was pleased about! The nurse said “oh you havent got a lot on, it should be fine!” I thought “my god, you obviously havent seen me without because then you’d realise Im actually caked in it ha ha!!”
