Pill?

I’m 2 weeks post op and was told at pre op I have to come off the pill. How did people do this as I’m halfway through a packet so can you even just stop? Does this mean I’ll be on for my op? Sorry to be crude lol xx

If you stop now it should induce a period. It’ll mess up your cycle but they tell you not to take the pill before your op cause it can cause complications xx

I was also wondering that, as I have reaaaaly bad periods and I don’t want to come on whilst I’m in boob discomfort lol,
I’m thinking stop taking my pill a week before op so I come on and finish just before the operation, then carry on taking a new course after the op.
Also maybe something to keep in mind… I’ve had problems with antibiotics and my pill, the antibiotics seem to cancel it out, so if you come on before your op you know you won’t come on after then xxx

@georgina sorry about the late reply, internets been shut off and phones being an arse lol, but that’s no problem hope everything goes well!
And oh I’m not booked in, can’t afford it, I’m still trying to save up 🙁 wish I was booked in lol xx
