    I have my surgery booked for 29th May. Im trying to get everything ready that i need, can anyone recommend a good pillow for afterwards? Thanks in anticipation x

    A v pillow and a travel neck pillow. Use normal pillows stacked up (I used 4), the neck pillow will make sure you’re as comfy as can be sat up without straining your neck, and pull the v pillow around your sides x
