Can I ask who of you have had to stop your contraceptive pills??

I have been told to keep taking mine but have heard some have been told to stop. Surely if its the same procedure then the same should apply?

I have to stop my vits though x

I was told I could keep taking mine and 9 days post op im all fine! xx

i was told to stop mine 2weeks before and not to start it again till my antibiotics r finished cuz antibiotics affect the pill xx

i was told that the risk of developing DVT is slightly higher if ur on the pill and they recommend u stop taking it just incase. x

hehe!!…Bloody hell the nurse told me no vits, aspirin, arnica, everything but said pills are fine. Oh well they say listen to them x

id just came off for my break wen i went for my pre op n she sed not to bother going back on it for a week just to come off it again, the only things she told me not to take were the pill, asprin n ibuprophen hmmmmmmmm tiz a strange one lol xx
