pit pain! what can i do to help swelling??

what’s good for swelling?? i am really tender and swollen around the outside of my breasts and sore under the arms. im taking arnica- does anyone have any tips for things to try?? thanks xx

ice packs are always good for any type of swelling x

i tried an ice pack but my boobs are really sensitive and it stings

U should really stay upright to keep the swelling down. It will calm down in few days, don’t worry. If you are not too confident, you can always call the nurse.

Don’t take iburopfen until 2 weeks afer your op.

I had swelling for ages, still have a little at 2 weeks post op.

I was told (not by mya) to use a cold compress for the first 48 hours and after 48 hours to use a warm compress. I sat with hot water bottles under my arms and it really helped a lot.
