please HELP !!!!!

Hi girls, I had my 1 weeks post-op yesterday (was actually 1 week and 5 days) and the nurse said to me they will go down. Did she mean they will go down as in get flatter coz they project out a lot atm or go down as in downwards like sag?!! Xx

She said to me they will go down coz they still stick out a lot. So yeahh makes sense about swelling. I was hoping they would get a bit flatter and not stick out as much but don’t want them to get loads lower xx
