Please help!

Today I missed my appointment to meet my personal Coordinator due to something coming up. I have just received a email saying re arrange your appointment for £100?! Is this true that I have to pay because I missed a appointment?!!! X

Never heard this but tell them you’re not paying it! If they don’t give you a new appointment you’ll go elsewhere! That should do it – don’t pay it whatever you do!

I seem to remember a time when my PC didn’t turn up for my appointment (after I travelled 3 hours by train) – I didn’t even get an apology!

iv not heard of this either a pc was 2 hours late for my first appointment so shouldnt be fair if they can do it and not you.in fact i canceled 2 apointment and 1 was with the surgion and didnt have to pay. i wouldnt pay it either x

Ive never heard of this either. Ive missed an appointment before and was able to re-arrange free of charge. Call MYA and just ask to book an appointment dont even mention that youve missed one xx
