Please help…3 days PO and in agony

Is it primal for my left incisions to be burning, the right one is giving me no pain at all but the left is awfully painful xx

I’m getting burning too, like a sunburnt feeling all over, hope it’s just the healing x

I had this in my left, and I literally stopped using that arm cos I could tell that the incision had opened slightly. Just avoid doing literally anything with it and it should heal in a day or two like mine did xx

It’s that bad I can’t get out of bed, was in tears and making me feel so down I’ll try and rest, yeah cantwait myne is burning feeling just on the left incision. No blood sowing through which is a good sign xx

Its a hard first week isn’t it, I wasn’t expecting it after hearing loadsa people tlking about no pain. I’m on day 6 now and finally feel a bit more normal! It doesn’t last forever xx

I think days 3 and 4 were the worst for me so stick in and it’ll soon be over.

The best advise is to keep on top of your meds and get plenty of rest, you’ll heal while you’re sleeping and you’ll feel so much better in a couple of days time x

hi hun day 3 was my worst day by far!! i felt sick, dizzy, faint, bloated, my incisions were burning , i had a horrid pulling sensation and heaviness!!

but trust me hun it does pass and soon u will feel back 2 normal.. i felt normal at around day 7, so just hang in there keep u with ur meds

and plzz drink lots of fluids.

Im the same ladies – and great advice just rest try not to do too much. I was trying to open a window this morning and I swear my incisions opened a little. Need to take it easy and rest rest rest! Happy healing girls x

Thanks for your reassuring words girls, I rang the nurse and she said to change from cocodomol to parecetomol and ibrofufen and I have ad don’t feel sick any more yippeee, ALS went to the hairdressers today and had it washed so feel better… Just taking it day by day x
