Please help 460 or 525s?

I’m 5’9 and 12st size 12/14 and currently an empty 36b. I’m 30 years old and have wanted this op for about 15 years and since having my son have now decided to go for it now as my breasts are just empty. I bought my sports bra yesterday (38DD) as advised my Mr Kazzazi after choosing the 525s. For a laugh I thought it would be good to fill them with the right amount of rice and put them in food bags and place into my bra to see exactly what I would look like. I thought it looked great and unfortunately then decided to show my hubby who’s said they make me look frumpty!!!!! I was horrified as I’ve been so insecure for so long and thought this boob job would fix this. My op is in less than 3 weeks time and I really don’t know what to do. If anyone has any pics they could show me of a similar size to myself I’d be really grateful.

Hi Ya, How spooky I am also 5’9ish 12st 12/14 & have also waited about 15 yrs!!!!! I have two boys & am now a 34/36a. I am probably going for 525cc but have 460 on stanby lol! My op is all booked for the 7th Aug at Highgate with Mr Falladhar & I’m just about to leave for my pre op today. Dont worry about the rice incident as I dont think that will give you a true reflection. I’m sure you hubby will be pleaseed when he sees the final result Good luck xx

hi, go with the smaller if you are worried about looking frumpy. I am close to your sizing and height and I had a choice of 420 or 460, I went with the smaller purely because I didnt want to look frumpy too. I am 5ft 7, 12-14, age 30, got 2 boys also and I had my ba friday 16th july and they are like torpedos! I am so glad I went for the smaller ones for alot of reasons. If youre not used to them, it is a dramatic change. They get in the way of doing normal everyday stuff. My surgeon Mr Singh was really trying to push the larger ones on me but I stuck to my original decision. When I look in the mirror, I do feel a tad frumpier, but the feeling of being sexier outways that and I think it will do for your Husband too. He’s probably a bit nervous that alot of men are going to be staring at your new big puppies!lol!

hi there, im exactly the same size! 5 ft 9/10ish size 12 with 34d but very very flat on top. iv been suggested 470 or 525cc overs low profile with mr singh on the 6th august at highgate!!!!!

im still unsure what size to go for i just wanna have fullness and better cleavage. but im also having lipo and a mini tummy tuck as i cannot shift my weight depsite months of several diets and a crappy exercise blah blah blah.

just cant get my shape to be in proportion!!!!!

let me know what you decide cos i keep going back and fourth between the sizes!

Thanks for your replies ladies! I’m off to see the nurse tomorrow and am hoping she will let me try the implants whilst I’m there. My initial thoughts are to go with the 460cc as I’m so small right now I think it will be a shock to both of us. I’ll let you know tomorrow when I get back what i’ve decided.

Still a little concerned because like you sweetcheeks I’m struggling to shift my baby weight. I’m weighing a stone heavier than I used to be and am still determined to get rid of this bit. Like you guys just want to be more in propertion, lol! xxx
