Hi girls! I was empty 32D. I had 300cc in my left and 275cc in my right boob. Surgeon told me I’ll be roughly +/- full DD but now I can’t find the right size post op bra. I had 2 mya bra’s but now they are too small. I wasted 60£ on them. I ordered online 4x bras. 2x M&S one is 34 DD which is too small, other one is 34E it is +/- okk but still tight. I would say cup size is ok but 36 would be better. I walked around with this bra but i felt like i can’t breathe easy and i had weird feeling in my chest. I think it was too tight around me. Anyway… other 2 are F&F hight impact sports bra. Both of them are 34DD. They feel quite loose and i feel like they don’t support my breasts at all. I have spend so far 142£ on bra’s which don’t fit me. 🙁 at the moment i can’t go anywhere as i don’t have a babysitter. Until next Monday.
How i can get right size? Can anyone help me? Oh actually i have wasted 182£ as i ordered macom bra which don’t fit me as well.

How doesn’t a macom bra fit you? I’ve had a few post op/sports bras and found macom to be best as you only need a band size and it will fit whatever cup size along as its not huge. I had 375cc, was a 34b before so just bought the 34 back. I got the macon signature bra.
I ordered the m&s ones aswell, 34 back was too small so was wearing the 36DD and now the swelling has gone down I’m wearing the 34DD. To be honest I could probably get into the 34D but don’t want to waste more money but the macom has been the most consistent xx

Me and nurse,we tried to put it on,it was too small. On the size chart it said that i am xs but instead of xs i bought s. But no,too small. 🙁
Yesterday i went to Victoria Secret to get measured,so i roughly know what size sports bra i need. They said 32 DD.
So i went to M&S tried on 34DD and it was way too tight. Lady gave me to try on 32 E and it was killing me. At the end i just went home and put the other 34 DD bra on which i ordered before. This bra thing is driving me mad.
Does my boobs need to be really tight in my sports bra? Or just normal?

Vs and MS measure differently – You sound like you need a macom medium .. I was 32A and wore macom medium after surgery supplied and put on by surgeon. I was advised to get 36E MS sports bra. Im 14 weeks now and in 34E or 34DD depending where I buy from. You will feel tight and uncomfy in all for the first few weeks this is just how it is. I would order a macom in size medium, it will provide the support you need and the material allows for swelling, as it is a compression bra it helps with recovery. If you order any do so online then you can return easily x

Yeah,i think that i need size M. I have no problem with tightness, being uncomfortable but these other bra’s where too tight that i couldn’t breath and my skin was marked from bra’s .
