PLEASE HELP… GETTING ANNOYED AND WORRIED NOW.

So my op is in 29 days…

Im with the Nottingham clinic, having my operation at Highgate, at the time of booking i lived in Lincoln but i am moving to London in a couple of weeks, I will therefore require my aftercare in London.

HOWEVER……… numerous times i have contacted my pc to have her confirm i can do this, i have also requested, after a lot of thought, that i want smaller size implants as 300cc is too big for my little frame.

Ive called, texted, emailed…. and nothing. no reply.

Before she got the money off me she would reply straight away and was always very nice.

If i get there on the day of my surgery and the surgeon says im having 300cc when ive requested a smaller size many times im not going through with it….

i really dont know what to do because i want this so badly to build my self esteem but i shouldnt really be put through such bad customer service should i?

Why dont you call someone else? My pc has always emailed or called me straight back to answer any queries even after I paid the full balance. Maybe she isnt too sure how to organise it? Hope you get it sorted hun xx
