Please help im terrified!

Hey girls 10 days until my opp and im about to have a nervious breakdown!! Im so worried about how i wil feel post opp! how much pain will i be in?? will i be able to move? get dressed? Have sex? shave? all these questions!!! some pleaseeee help me! x

Hi girls. I was soooo worried about the pain but it wasn’t bad at all. I only took painkillers on day 1 and 2, and that was because the tape was so tight. Since taking the tape off, I haven’t had much pain all, just the odd ache here and there.

The most annoying thing for me is the tightness, I wasn’t prepared for how tight I’d feel. That and not being able to do things as normal, like getting dressed takes a while in the first few days. xx

Day 1, 2 and 3 I felt pretty crap. But since day 4 I’ve felt so much better. I can do most things, I won’t try washing my hair by myself though just yet but can do most things as long as I’m careful. x

Ohh good dry shampoo will be a life saver!! are you able to shave your legs and stuff? i dont wanna end up being hairy after my op! ahaha are you able to dres yourself?? how are you sleeping at night? xx

Yeah I can shave no problem, I haven’t tried my armpits though. I can dress but I’m pulling my tops up over my legs, I can lift my arms but it feels really strange so I don’t want to put a top on over my head and get stuck lol. I was sleeping fine until saturday night, my bum was soooo sore so last night I slept on the sofa which is quite a bit softer than my matress. My bum is still sore but not as sore. My neck aches too, I can’t wait to sleep flat again x

Ive booked one week of im having 340cc and im a 30A atm! what size cc did you have did you have unders or overs? xx

I had no pain from my uplift and implant. Just felt like I had an elephant on my chest for couple of days. Stopped taking the prescribed painkillers after 2 days and just took ibuprofen for the anti-inflammatory properties. I had Mr C so once the bandages were off the next morning just wore my MaCom bra. I did pass out though as my blood pressure had gone too low so ended up with black eye for 2 weeks and a headache from the knock!! I walked for an hour from the first day after my op and was in the gym from day 3 walking on an incline on the treadmill. However think this was probably too soon as although I had no pain I was shattered and still feel tired now (3 weeks post op) if I do too much.

I think I have been really lucky as have had no trouble sleeping either. V pillow £8 Argos was brilliant and I’m still using it as it’s so comfy.

Yes. Not working for a week then working from home 2nd week. I’m excited but very nervous too;-)

I’ve just bougth a V pillow, still need to get my sports bra! dont have a clue where to get it from and what size! im so unprepared! xx

bexy678 HUn RELAX!!! there is nothin to worry about! stop worryin about things you can’t control… if you have pain make sure you take painkillers x x x just take deep breaths ad chil x every girl on here will say wow ITs OVER WITH SO QUCKLY, one min ur prepp’d to go into theatre then you wake up, what feels like 5mins later with a lovely nurse callin you and she shows u ur new boobies xx as long as you are aware off what you can and cant do, movements etc then you will get through it x x x x x i didnt take the hospitals painkillers as they made me feel shite so i just kept to my usual painkiller but havent used them all the time, . i am 5days po like belle, and the only probs i have had is in my right boob due to bein right handed i rely on my right side to help me more and i taken all the pain. so i get the odd twinge and tightness in it. but its soooo worth it Good luck girls xx

legs day 4

sex tried day 1.. but had to stop.. tooo worried bf was gonna squash me haha

so sex tried again i think day 3/4…

got dressed yesterday so day 4

check out the boobie bible x it is a godsend

but dont stress yourself honestly x x x

the only thing i am worried truely about is lifting my arms up.. oh and i wont pick my kids up either.
