Please help ladies! I can't decide on overs or unders

This is doing my head in now. I had my consultation last thursday. My stats are 5.7”, size 10, currently 34B. My PS wanted me to have 380cc overs. I told him I would prefer 410cc partial unders but he was trying to convince me. In the end I decided to go away n think bout it and book another consultation once I’ve decided hence my dilemma. I want to look natural and not too much in ur face and read that overs give a fake look. Ive also read a lot about the downside of having overs ie cc, rippling sagging etc.

So can any of u lovelies whose had either 380cc overs, 410cc overs, 380 unders or 410cc unders let me peep at ur post-op pictures to give me an idea of how it looks like. If u had overs a yr or 2 ago, have u noticed any rippling or sagging. Please HELP!

i had 380 unders, and wouldnt have had it another way really, but i would have loved the recovery with the overs, as i was completely knocked for six xx

I had 410 overs 2 weeks ago and everyone has said how natural they look! It is not always an option wether to have unders or overs….if you have good muscle tone, you will see the implant when you flex your muscle..giving a double bubble look! Also if you have plenty of breat tissue, overs will feel more natural than muscle, because you will feel breast tissue, not muscle! Unders are better for skinnier girls who are completely flat (they dont have breast tissue) and overs can be better for girls with some breast tissue and good muscle tone…both can look natural and your surgeon will advise whats best! have a look at my pics if you want..I personally think mine look more natural than all the under pics I’ve seen (although I could be biased haha)! I’ll send a friend request xx

oh and my stats are 5ft 3, 7st 12 (50kg), was a 32b (small and empty), size 6-8, xx

thank you babe what size are you at the moment and yer im having unders but im really unsure weather to get the 410’s or ggo 460 i really want to go bigger but my surgeon sed she cant do them under th muscle and theres a chance of rippling but i think i want to ask her to try and get them under the muscle and if she cant then just do the 410’s xx

I’m a 32F post op with 410 overs….that is la senza and Debenhams so far! My nurse thinks they will still about this size as they are already soft and not swollen xx

omg thats an amazing size im hopeing to be pretty big but not like stupidly big if that makes sense…seeing every1s pics makes me just want them now haha im soo impatient xx

also has any1 got stretchmarks from having them done? x

I would say I only look a DD though! Implants always measure bigger than they look…you can see from my pics they dont look huge xx

as long as i look a DD i wont mind at all… also what profile were yours im having high profile xx

I had 330 overs on Tues youve already added me, I think they look natural, most people only have unders if they dont have enough breast tissue.

im gonna add ya now nikki thank you and that makes me feel better thinking i am more than likely gonna be a DD it sounds soo stupid and i feel so greedy but i do want a good set on me as i am paying this price lool xx

I would say go with your surgeon recommendation, he is an expert after all & we on here aren’t! If you are very unsure perharps get a second opinion from the different surgeon? Good luck! xx

To be honest it’s better to let your surgeon decide the placement; after all he is the professional and will know what to do to achieve the look you want. Remember it’s not always wise to compare yourself to others, even those with similar stats because everyone’s results are so so different…Just because you have overs, it doesn’t mean that your implants will definitely ripple or you will develop capsular contracture…it’s just one of the complications that sometimes arise; it doesn’t happen to many people. I have overs and I’m really not worried about this at all; yes, they are potential risks, but they aren’t very high. Remember that unders can sag at the same rate as overs, the muscle only compresses the implant immediately after surgery; once they ‘fluff’ out the muscle is no longer holding them down and therefore they will begin to sag over time; this is something that comes with getting breast implants and you have to decide if it’s right for you…Yes they will sag no matter the placement and yes you will probably need them replaced at some point

Lool thanks! I think a lot of people go and scare themselves by looking at stuff for too long on the internet; eventually you convince yourself something is going to go terribly wrong…I know that’s what I did in the beginning lol. Most people pass through surgery without any complications whatsoever.
