Please help – left boob hard! Is it CC? Or just swelling that will settle? Xxx

I’m 2 weeks PO & my left boob is high and hard and seems to be getting worse rather than better!!

Nurse said could be infection altough doesn’t seem likely as no other signs and also could be CC …. I’m going to see Mr Traynor again tomo but just wondered if anyone can have a look and see if anyother girls had this and it settled?!?

So worried …. Any advice would be great

Hey hun, I had this in my left boob too…. for me it turned out to be excess fluid and then a hematoma too under there. Unfortunately for me, mine came all rushing out through my incision at about 3 weeks PO (which was a nasty surprise!) xx

Oooo really bethy …. You poor poor thing!! Was you in pain before it happened!? I think I want them to try and drain it as its just getting bigger & harder

Don’t know what to think lol! What did they do? Was you ok or did they re-op?

They didn’t do anything with mine – but since the fluid left, my left boob has looked small and saggy so you should really try and get it sorted as soon as poss. I know someone else who also had this too and her’s turned infected and she had to be in hospital to treat it.

You’ll probably get some nice expensive medication for it – rememeber you MUST keep all reciepts for it and claim it back through mya xx

Oh no! I looks very uncomfortable and you need to get it seen to. I know someone on here had an uplift and implants and had a build up of fluid in one breast which meant after all the healing one boob was saggier and lower than the other so Mr T did a re-op for her.

I’m trying my best not to get upset & worry but it’s so hard! I just want it sorted & the thought of going through another op is awful

Fingers crossed he can sort it for me without another op …. Just really worried my boobs are gonna be different and a mess

I’m no further forward ….. Mr T said its nothing bad?! He put a needle in and attempted to drain it as he thinks could be a build up o fluid but nothing came out!!! What the hell!!! He’s said give another week as could settle on its own!! And he said its not CC as its not hard enough.

Strange boob …. Wonder what it is!! Just hope it settles soon or he said he may have to opene up and have a look!

But feel better as he’s said not to worry and what ever happens he’ll sort it & make sure by the end of it I have nice matching boobies lol!!

And nurse Imogene is amazin don’t know what I’d do without her

I’m 5 weeks po on Friday and my right boob is still higher and harder than my left. Left has dropped beautifully and going really soft but my right is taking its merry time unfortunately although it is beginning to soften. Doesn’t stop me worrying though. Feel free to look at my pics as there is quite a difference xx

Glad your surgeon will do something. I am 7mths po and my left boob is still high and hard and sometimes feels like it will burst through my chest. My surgeon said I have to live with it or she will remove them. I have made a formal complaint and am waitng for the reply. What ever you do dont let it drop keep on at them. Please. All the best.xx
