PLEASE HELP ME COME TO A DECISION!!!

Im all booked and payed for with NU cosmetics but just cant decided between two surgeons and their choices….I really liked them both but they both want to do completely different things!

1) Dr Verri. He advised me 340cc High Profile unders. I pushed for bigger but he refused! Ive seen loads of pics of 340cc and they look great

2) Dr Cajano. He advised 335cc Low profile overs. He explained he thought low would be better to fill out the part of breast that ive lost from feeding (at the sides near my armpits it dips in) Only seen two others who have this size but they also look fantastic!

Ive been really worried about having LOW PROFILE but when you actually look at the CUI chart there is really not much difference in projection…about 1cm! Would this really make a big difference???

Please give your opinions….I really cant decide!

It’s not the size you should be deciding between, as there’s like a teaspoon difference, it’s the placement. Unders tend to give a more natural look, but it’s longer healing and you lose a small amount from it being placed behind, and they can take months to acheive results. Overs are faster healing and tend to give a size and shape almost straight away (they still grow, look at ashyababy’s)

Did you ask the surgeons why they chose the placements? Xx

god…id not even thought of that point! One surgeon said he always goes under whereas the other said I had enough breast tissue to go over? I have two small children so over would be easier, I have seen photos of both and they all look good…so hard!!!!

I have seen overs that look more natural than unders and vice versa i think it totally depends on the individual and impossible to say one method gives more natural results than the other so i wouldnt base your decision on that. I would perhaps see a third surgeon, its hassle i know but would be interesting to see if they advised one or the other seen as at the mo u have one of each lol xx

I really liked overs. And my surgeon said I had enough tissue to go over but He said as is lost all the volume and the skin wasn’t tight, they would basically be no support holding the implant, so in 2yrs time is have saggy boobs lol, whereas unders there’s the muscle in front of the implant so it would give me a longer better result. But u just gotta go with what u Think hun, bet its so confusing xx

I hated the deciding part it sucks! Soon ul have boobies and its sooo great just enjoyin em and not having to go thro this annoying part anymore x

375cc overs – areola incision! Didnt like him though

300cc unders, 340cc unders ….

its between these two!!! God, ive got 3 weeks of this! Im so scared because you cant just take them off and give them back! I know whichever I get , it will be better than what ive got now though! xx

I was only offered unders, but after my research I wanted unders anyways. I had no tissue to accommodate overs, and there is also a slight bigger risk of cc with them.

I do agree overs look natural, which is why I said unders tend to look more natural

The decision is yours completely hunny, it’s hard, and it’s life changing, if I had your predicament I’d wrote lists of pros and cons for both, and try choose that way, and if I couldn’t, flip a coin, lol xx

I really wanted unders too, i was gutted when i was told to have overs and even went back to ask for unders again cos i wanted them so bad and even cried lol, my surgeon then said it was up to me altho he advised me to go over he would do under if i wanted them, and last minute on the day i just trusted him as he knew best and im glad i did cos im happy with my results totally, but defo understad the under / over predicament, its a really tough one this one, i suppose choose the surgeon and just put your faith in them that they know whats best i guess xx

M gut is telling me Dr Cajano with the overs….just because he explained everything so well. I think its just the fear that hes told me different to others!!! Oh bugger!!! I never thought at the beginning of all this it would be so hard. I just thought you went in, told them what you want and thats that! So many things to consider xx

Hi I am having my ba with dr Cajano on the 17th may he recommended 330cc natrelle moderate profile overs I think he preferes overs which is cool with me I have got 3 boys so the quicker the healing process the better.
