Please help, need advice!

Hello, i am having a boob job, got a appointment booked for next week. I am really flat chested at about 32aa!! and want a D, without looking like footballs. Whats best under the muscle? can anyone please send me pictures of before and after? and any advice please, like pain? are you pleased you had? or regret it? any tips?. Thanks x

:jumping:i was a 36b and had 460cc overs,they gave me overs coz i had plenty of breast tissue due to having kids,i think they give you unders when you dont ,i should end up a 36d/dd,i had no pain only tightnest and stiff and some swelling,its the best thing i have done no regrets only i should of done this when i was younger ,iam 42,just rest plenty ,dont expect to much to soon,felling normal etc wear your bra all the time it does help alot,and listen to your doctor,if he thinks a 360 or 310 ,or 410 would be good for you they are normally right ,its there job lol and check this forum all the time there alot of ba girls out there with excellant advice if it wasnt for alot of them id be the same as you,and everyones experiance is diff ,mine was amazing,good luck

alot of surgeons decide on the day (when your actually in theatre) if they do unders or overs mr singh is with me i am a 32a and either having 300cc or 340cc which i am deciding on the day hoping to be a full c/ d. unders i have been told can be a bit more uncomfortable but not for long. when you have your consulation try on as many sizes as you can cause i wish i did more and try not to get too hung up on size cause everyone is so different with what size they end up, good luck with it all xx

hi i was a saggy 34b after having 2 kids and had an uplift and 340cc implant and now a 32e, i am very happy with them! i had overs, but i reckon you will end up with unders, and possible have an option for 300cc to 340! my mate is a aa and shes having hers done in a weeks time! shes having 300cc so should achieve id a d! or maybe dd!! shes having under muscle! but your surgeon will tell you everything!”” XXXX good luck XXXXXXX

i didnt look into the hospital group but did transform, mya around the same price but have longer aftercare with transform only being 3 years mya being 5. the most you will pay is
