Please help with post-surgery consultation

Hi,

I’m due to have a post-surgery consultation in 2 weeks but had a voicemail from MYA Fenchurch last week that the appointment has been changed to another day & to call back to confirm.
It is now 3 days since I tried to call them, left messages as I can’t get through them, and I have not heard from them yet.
I even called the main MYA number(0800 014 1014) twice & told me they will let them know.

I’m starting to be very annoyed: it seems to me that they have disappeared…

Really I’m not happy with their post-surgery care… It feels to me that once the surgery is done & paid for they don’t care. So annoying!
