Please Quick Help Needed

Hi Girls,

Im having my BA on Wed, Dr Singh either 460 or 525. Im an empty 34d now. Im worried about the ride home. How was the seat belt and can we use extra padding. Also on my way out to get sports bra and not sure what size to get.

About the ride home – dont worry. Its not as bad as u think but make sure u avoid pot holes and speed bumps and that the driver takes their time. A good idea is to take a little pillow and prop it between u and the seatbelt.

As for sports bra – get a back size bigger than what you wear now. This ensures comfort against your incisions etc. Usually u should get a cup that is the size u plan to be after the op. However – I am currently wearin 2 cup sizes less than I am and I feel that instead of a big gap between my breasts – it holds them in nicely. (See *Sports bra post for full explanation.

Hi hunni,

For the ride home bring a pillow and put it between your boobs and the seatbelt its a big help! & def try your best to avoid potholes and bumps its not very nice!

Sports bra buy a size or two above the one you are now, then you can try them both on and see which one is more comftable for you and fits best xx
