Please read & Help!

Hello Everyone, Im Booked in To Have Ba On the 7th of August But I smoke & Done some Research & It said you Have to Give up 2months Before your op.. Is This True? Has Anyone Carried on smoking & still had the op?

Ive been trying to quit for ages now and im finding it really hard.

There’s a few girls that carried on, even smoking the morning before and just after their ops. You are supposed to quit two weeks before, but cutting down is also good if you can’t manage to fully stop. I stopped around three weeks before and didn’t start again until I was four months po, but I’m smoking more then ever ATM going to quit fully with hypnosis soon xx
