Hey everyone, I ain’t no slim Jim size 12-14 Had really bad deformed breast just want to show you all before and after op (27/04/18) and how happy i am now that finally real like a woman. I had both nipples moved and implants one 275cc and the other 325cc. So pleased with the out come and there only 5 days old 🙂 xx
