you’re not bothering me hun!! can i be honest with you tho? personally, i was put off going to mr kazzazi cos i had been told a few times that he decides the implant size, and doesnt give you much say on how big you go!
when you have the implants put in as ”overs” thats when they put them in just under the skin, and on top of the muscle…..when you have ”unders”, they put the implant behind the muscle. if you have enough breast tissue to start off with, they will usually do overs….these tend to be the more round fake looking ones, from what i can gather!! if you give me your email, i can send you a pic of what my boobs look like now!! mind you, they’re about 8yrs old!!! i had 380cc overs done last time, and thye look really round and fake, altho they’ve dropped a bit!!
oh also, i think most implants these days are already high profile, and yes, they do give the fake look lol!! i know what you mean tho….i love the fake look!!!
