hey girls
im 4 days post op and these flamin sport bras are so uncomfortable . . the straps are itchy and theres like metal clasps and they are digging into my incisions !!!
i though sports bras purpose was no metal??
ive got and tried asda sports bras, tescos x2 styles which i have been wearing
and i have an all padded NO METAL no sraps comfort bra with extra padding this one is so comfortable
is it ok for me to wear this comfort bra??? instead of the itchy sporty bras
pls help . . . . . . . . . 🙁
What.. They’re not meant to metal are they?? x
they all are called sports bras but a couple have metal on the back (loops)
im seeing if its ok to use a non strappy all comfort bra with soft padding would this be sufficient?? and supportive xx 🙂

I’ve had to put another one on today, over the head support bra. Kinda looks like a running bra but it’s much more comfortable then the sports bra I had this morning, there so uncomfortable arnt they x
I’ve just bought an M&S one, was £22 but its so comfy 🙂 they do a pink and white one or black leopard print one x
