PLS tell me how long till bloated belly disappears

pls girls im feeling so fat and just ulgy right now loving my boobs, but love them more when they fall into shape.. lol but my belly looks hugh at the mo. ive not taken codine since 3 days ago im only on parcentmols now and im now 6 days post op.

I found the actual bloating feeling doesn’t go for about a week and a half maybe two weeks for everything to get completely back to normal xx

ohhhh noooo think im gonna cry i feel so fat i look 4months preg.

Lol I felt about 6 months pregnant and found myslef stroking my belly in hope I might make myslef need the loo. In the end I took laxatives (got the chocolate one) and my stomach went down a little. Still not 100% back to normal but it’s getting ther I’m 12 days post op, the bloating has gone down but like I said not back to my usual self. x

im not taken codine painkiller and knew this could happen im on panadol parcentmol as there easier on the stomach. feel so fat and i do look awful. might have to get sum laxatives see if that may help. did any of u suffer with numbness in sum parts of body and headaches at all. im in the wars me..lol

I know, i had hardly any pain at all but just felt really fat and miserable for ages! I ended up having to take laxatives too, took them for about three or four days as just couldn’t go to the loo otherwise. Wasn’t nice at all! But it does go…. i’ve put on 9lbs since my op, have just been eating and eating all the time, think it could be to do with your body craving different things….either that or i’m just using it as an excuse to be a fat pig! xx

see thats my prob. i had troubl going to toilet for the first 4 days, but been fine today and im 6 days post op.. lol i know too much info.. but us girls god we can talk about anything..lol my belly just hasnt deflated at all. god i feel yuk like the ugly duckling..lol

It does take a while to get back to normal, even when you do start being able to go. I know its frustrating but i wouldn’t worry too much, it’s all normal. I felt so depressed as well the first couple of weeks, the surgeon warned me that could happen though as the GA acts as quite a strong depressant.

The first few weeks are a bit groggy and a bit of a hard time but it does pass xx

Lol i’ve been eating loads too Suzy…think I’ve got so used to sitting on my bum and blaming my fat tummy on these boobs lol need to stop or I’ll of put loads of weight on

I took loads of laxatives 12 in 2 days and said one a day on the pack but they wern’t working. Took this chocolate one and wasn’t out of the bathroom all day lol….but not taken any since that day. Think it’s the side effects that these boobs have given us. I’m sure after a few day ddgirl you’ll be back to normal xx

I know i keep blaming the boobs, especially when i’m eating take aways and chocolate!! xx

lol i know neverhad flat tummy to start off with as ive had 3 kids but i look now ive got a fat belly nad my side look awful in clothes grrrrrr. fingers cross i start to get bk to normal.. why is it we get bloated though.. its madness…im seeing my gp later as ive had bad headaches on my right side and loads of numbness. spoke to nurse and im not seeing her till friday.. i feel like im in the wars thanks girls for all your replys just nice to know everyone has had problems to..

lol lol x l took Morrisons own make laxatives cost about £1.50 took 2 at a time everyday for the 1st week cause my gut was so bloated not nice now l just have to contend with the love handles and the flabby but! cause of 1, sitting no exercise 2,l sit down at work, dont want to sound ungrateful but it does get me down. xx

Lol I couldn’t even fit in the stuff that was too big for me, I’d bagged up a load of clothes for charity and found myself raiding this bag when I was due to go out-but these didn’t fit lol Might do a detox when I go back to work as I too keep blaming the boobs when I eat take aways and cake lol xx

I’m eating healthy and being really gd but still belly is disgusting. I just be mortified if sumone says when u expecting. Lol think I cry. Lol

Ahh bless u, ddgirl l am the same dont eat much. not been on the scales.Think it lasts for about 2 weeks approx the bloat. x

I’m pre-op and have been looking at my belly recently thinking ” jeese, I need to get back to the gym ” What will I be like after it! Buddha belly lol.

I’ll convince the b/f it’s all the more to cuddle.

The anasthetic can make you bloated girls i was like a pot bellied pig for 10 days mind you the pizza didnt help lol…….and chocolate,lol.

I’m 4 days post op and looking like La La the Telly Tubby. xXx
