plz help sleeping question!? xx

Does anyone no y u have to sleep sitting up, is it compulsory and what are the effects if you don’t. Xx

When I tried to lay flat it pulled on my incisions which was painful but felt fine when I slept propped up x

I am 26 days PO and i still sleep sitting up. I often slide down my pillows in the night and in the morning they dont half ache.

I’m not entirely sure why you have to…x

Im sure helps the swelling subside ladies,xxx
