PO bra's?

What type of bra do i need to take into hospital with me? I know to wear sports bras but am confussed how i would put them on as iv read you cant lift/use your arms properly…? Any recomendations? Xx

From what I’ve read the nurse or surgeon would help you put it on xx

You also need to make sure they are not the ones that go over your head x

The nurse put it and the breast band on for me then when I got home my daughter helped me x x

So the zip up ones? Iv found a few good po bras, is it best to just buy zip up ones or can i use over the head ones couple of weeks after? X
