    Hi girls, so I’m now 18 days PO and I’m feeling amazing. Iv been really fortunate that my recovery has been abit of a freeze. Absolutely over the moon with my results although I’ve put on a lot of unwanted fluff.

    The hardest thing for me has been not being able to go to the gym. I have been trying to keep myself busy with lots of walking but isn’t quite doing it for me. I’m a huge weight junkie so when I was 15 days PO I got myself off to the gym and trained some legs that didn’t involve lifting with my arms/carrying. It felt so flipping good and I had DOMS for days!

    So what I’m actually getting at for the girls who train, how quick did everyone start lifting again? Including training upper? I Was going to leave it for Atleast 4week until I start introducing some upper body days in again. I know you can feel and look fine but your not completely healed inside so I don’t want to rush into things I just wondered if anyone’s been in a similar situation and been ok going back sooner?
