PO girls help plz!!! When can I sleep flat or on my side?

I’m 8days post op! When is it ok to sleep on my back or side? Xx

I think whenever feels comfortable. I can sleep on my side fine now (it took a while) but still cant sleep right on my front without a cushion. I am 14 weeks PO.

as soon as you feel comfy xx

slept flat bout day 12 or 13 and was on my side at 3 weeks…. its awful cause i always sleep on my front.

Even at 10 months postop i sleep in a sports bra on my front xx

I had to lay on my front for a massage I had on holiday (didnt think this through!) I managed to do it but felt very weird and a bit uncomfortable
