POD 2 – 375 cc HP

Strapping is very tight, sports bras very tight.. Keeping on top of my meds. Can’t yawn yet as it hurts which is frustrating lol. Stayed in a hotel about 25 min taxi away from Fitzroy with my mum last night. How long did it take for the pain to go down a bit for you? Was it after your strapping..? I’m all tight and have muscle pain in my back. Can’t seem to get comfy.. But slept 8 hours last night and that’s a start 🙂 Feel a lot better after my meds now.. Would love some advice ladies xxxxxx

Hi hun, how did your op go?? I didnt really feel any pain but I kept taking my meds every 4 hours anyway. I could really tell when I needed to take them though, everything felt like so much more of a struggle and I would feel really run down! But I would feel fine again once id taken them. Well done for getting 8 hours sleep 🙂 Do you have a V pillow? Mine was a lifesaver! Just keep on top of your meds and take it easy, and you will be fine xxxxxx

Yesterday is a blur to me really hun. Yeah I’ve been keeping on top of my meds as well.. Having some food soon so will be able to take antibiotics soon. I can’t tell when I need them either, I want more pain killers so I don’t have to feel this tightness. They’re really pointy at the moment which is doing my head in a bit haha and the nipples look really close together, I can only hope that when the strapping comes off they wil take shape and that this strapping isn’t forcing them into this shape :/ thanks babe sleeping didn’t seem to be a problem, woke up very stiff which wasn’t very nice. I haven’t got a v pillow but got lots of normal pillows haha xxxxxx

How do yours look now babe do you have a pic?? My sternum is quite sore tbh don’t know if it’s the strapping or just general pain it’s quite difficult to separate all the different areas of pain lol! Ah hun they look completely different once the strapping is off! 🙂 i think the stiffness is the worst part, especially if you havent moved for a while! Yeah sure hun i took some more photos yesterday so will upload when i get home 🙂 i did have a BA account on instagram and you were following it but it got deleted! I need to make another haha xx

I found the first 3 days the worst although I didnt think it particularly painful just uncomfortable and tight. Everyone is different tho i suppose, You will be over the worst after the first 10 days though all being well. Happy healing xx

Aww really, how long was it for you before you had your strapping off? Did you have different levels of pain in different boobs? It’s been quite even yday and today but now I have more in my right than my left, is this normal? aw ok I’ll keep looking 🙂 aww what that’s so annoying!! Thank you girls 🙂 aw I’m going away on Sunday it’s only a walking round holiday hope it’s not too busy or I’ll be fly kicking people lmao!!! Xxxx

I had my strapping off after 7 days. Yeah i suppose, like one would ache a bit more than the other sometimes. To be honest though theyve healed really evenly, ive seen people say one has dropped sooner etc but ive not had that. I did have some nerve pain the last few days in just my right one, thats eased off now though. Hope you heal well hun, enjoy your new additions 😀 xx
