POD3 bruising

So this bad boy has appeared today which is causing me absoloute agony. My insisions themselves don’t even hurt, neither do my muscles, it’s just the bruising. So wish I had taken my arnica tablets now

I had my op on Tuesday and still haven’t dared undo my macom to have a look so don’t have a clue what mine look like! Gunna change my sports bra tomorrow though so will have a peak then, yours look great xx

Thanks ladies 🙂 seen the nurse today for the 1 week post op and she is happy with how they’re healing. How are you girls doing?
