POD8 – Advice needed

Hey girlies…. I don’t know why I’m only just thinking about this but I remember Mr Traynor writing ‘SP’ on me. Does this mean my implants have been placed partially under the muscle?? Panicking because Mr Traynor stressed that my implants would have to be over the muscle.

I’m not 100% but I think SP is sub pectoral and SG is sub glandular meaning you’ve had unders ! x

Ahhhhh!!!!! I’m going to mention it on Saturday when I’m at the Leeds clinic. I’m starting to question myself as to whether it was definitely ‘SP’ but I’m sure it was :/ stressing!!! Thanks Lucy xxxx

Sophie ,have you had your stiches taken out yet Hun? My trapping is off but I have to wait one more week ,until Tuesday to have the stiches out 🙁

I’m super confused!! I’ll check tomorrow when I have my dressings taken off with nurse. Kim no I haven’t hunny. I haven’t been for my 1 week post op appointment yet. Had to reschedule it twice because my partner had refused to take me!! Toni did you have unders or overs?? Xxx

SM means submuscular Toni so they are defo unders x

i know im so confused now as wel i thought sp means under the muscle but it mite be partials! i dont mind if it is because i wanted partials anyway haha xx

Yeah I’m confused too. Hopefully the nurse can clarify tomorrow! 🙂 also one day I have pain and pressure under one boob and then the next day it’s exactly the same pain and pressure but under the other boob… Is this normal? It’s so annoying. I just want them to settle down xxx

Hey Kim. It went really well thank you. Had my dressings taken off and the nurse said that my incisions have healed incredibly well, that well that I didn’t need any fresh ones putting back on so I’m mega happy 🙂 got to go back on Tuesday evening to make sure everything’s still ok then I can shower Tuesday night! ???????? xxxx

Oh ,that is good to hear ! Good for you ,Sophie.I have my second post op appointment on Tuesday too to have the stiches taken out …and hopefully I can have a shower too .Cant wait…have your twins dropped a bit yet Hun? what size are you now ? And what size would you lie to achieve ? X

Awww that’s good! I can not wait for a shower!!! 😀 I would say they have but my right has dropped more than my left and to be honest I’m not loving my right one right now 🙁 I’ve not posted any pics on here just yet, apart from 1 but that was when I was POD1. I was a 34b before the op, not sure what I am now as I’m still in my Macom bra. I want to buy a sports bra from M&S but I wouldn’t know what size to buy!! I’d like to achieve a 34e 🙂 what about you Hun? Xxx

My boobs are less swollen now and I have finished with the Macom.I have bought two pairs of M&S high impact bras size D .There is still a long way to go but I would love to end up with a D or DD .I have been very lucky having no pain at all since my op ,just felt a bit uncomfortable …I am back to work in 6 days so hopefully I will be fully recovered by then 🙂
