Hey ladies, I had my BA on Feb 27th and had the go ahead from Mr Singh to go back to the gym etc…but I was just wondering if anyone took pole dancing lessons? I used to before my op, but its pretty much upper body focused, and i was wondering if anyone was taking lessons after their BA and how they found it. I don’t want to rush anything and do my new girls any damage. Thank you. xx

My friend does pole. She had unders she got told 8 weeks. Isn’t it 3 weeks light exercise and 6 weeks back to normal usually? Xx

Hi Hun . My besty does it for her job she says it takes 3mnths for her to build up the strength to get up the pole after her ba , just remember to take it easy , if you start to feel its to much don’t push yourself. I’m thinking of starting it up as a hobbie all my friends go , I’m so unfit . Lol xx

I pole dance and my surgeon said 6-8 weeks start minimal again nothing to risky, but I had a rhino so completely different. I think maybe see how you feel at the gym doing weights etc first and just build it up? x x

Thanks ladies, I just went back to the gym last week, so going to build my strength up for the next month and then start a new course of pole…I will be just over 3 months PO by then so hopefully be fine. Thanks again! xx
