Any post op ladies pole dance? If so how long after op before you could do lifts, spins etc x
Wow I don’t pole dance but I really want to learn! I’d imagine 6-8 weeks for the lifts and spins Hunn xx
3 months at least. Scars take longer to heal if earlier x
