    I booked my Redo through MYA London, agreed a fee and had a consultation with Dr Singh on Wednesday.

    MYA appears to be very efficient with the booking being confirmed via Text and email within an hour. Our patient coordinator called to provide her details and further information.

    All good so far.

    I turned up with my husband at MYA on Wednesday as the following happened:

    1) Rude Security Guard grunted us into MYA

    2) Met by Reception and asked to take a seat, Sat in reception for 45 minutes when our patient coordinator called and asked where we were. When I said we were in reception she said you can’t be I have been phoning reception.

    3) Surgeon running over an hour late, eventually when we got to see Dr Singh we only had limited time due to the previous overrun.

    4) Before and after photos of over 400cc not available even though we were seeing a surgeon so specialises in larger boobs.

    5) Larger implants not available to see or compare / check in Bra. They had been stolen or misplaced.

    After we had our 20 minuet session with the surgeon, he suggested we have another consultation due to the limited time. This is fine, but another long trip to London when MYA should have planned their day better. The have subsequently been chasing for full payment before my 2nd consultation to hold my operation date.

    We emailed our concerns to our PC, who basically did not bother to return our emails or telephone calls and has simply accepted we will go elsewhere.

    MYA seem to have an overly aggressive approach towards its clients, and once they have your money are not interested. The waiting room was like a production line, not a friendly caring place to carefully consider your decisions.

    This would have been my 3rd BA, and compared with the other company I have used have a long way to go before they are ever as good.

    I subsequently cancelled my Operation with MYA and they did not care, they did not make any attempt to reassure me or make things right, simply cancelled my operation. Despite being told my deposit was being returned we are still waiting for the money back.

    My husband raised a complaint with Stephanie Murnin, who basically sided with the PC and told us we were no longer welcome at MYA and to use another clinic.
