Dear MYA Moderator,
Why is it when you post information for other forum members about the level of service you have experienced at MYA why is the thread closed? This forum should be independent and deal with all aspects, even if the views or not in MYAs favour.
How can this forum remain neutral and independent when you close posts open for comment from the entire forum community?
Your complaints review process is flawed, and basically one woman who doesn’t even bother speaking to the end customer / patient only listens to the patient coordinator.
