Popping noise

Hi all. I’m 6 days PO and was just having a feel when I thought I could feel the edge of the implant near my underarm. When I started feeling it slightly I heard a pop! Is this normal to hear or have I done something wrong? Really worried. 🙁
I daren’t have a feel anymore. Normally give them a little massage but so scared that I’ve done something wrong.
Any help or advice would be great.

It’s totally normal hun- even said it on my aftercare paperwork. Mine was doing this thing around day 5/6 where it was like my belly was rumbling but in my implant if I moved my arm in any different places. It made me feel so sick and cringy lol. I literally said to my husband that that would be enough to make me have them removed if it didn’t stop. Luckily I haven’t heard it for days lol.

Yeah it’s now doing it when I move my arm or slightly touch the top. 🙁
What worried me was the fact that it wasn’t doing it before I heard the first popping sound. Now it’s doing it all the time.
Thought I’d really done some damage.
Now it just seems like it’s creaking away constantly. I have my post op check in morning so will mention it to nurse too.
Think I just needed some reassurance x
